1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During festivals, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Rajasthan: 2–4 business days

  • Other States in India: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • A standard shipping charge will apply to orders below the free shipping threshold and will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available). You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order number along with clear photos of the package and products.

  • We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

8. Service Availability

Currently, we deliver across most locations in India. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will notify you and process a full refund if payment has already been received.
